Poetry and Art are ways of expressing experiences and capturing thoughts.

The organisers are looking for poems and art that can be used during the event to portray the memories and interpretation of VE Day; what does it mean to you?

​

With prizes for the most interesting pieces, It doesn’t matter what age you are as these will be judged across junior and senior age groups by our expert judges.

​

The pieces will be put on display and a selection will be used during the event programme.
